This boathouse renovation started as a simple, unfinished shed with significant exterior water damage. Once we uncovered the issues during window and door replacement, we rebuilt the damaged areas with proper waterproofing, including full Tyvek installation and new siding. Inside, we transformed the empty shell into a functional lakeside space featuring shiplap walls, durable epoxy flooring, new recessed and sconce lighting, custom cabinetry, and a new garage door. The final result is a bright, modern, and durable boathouse ready for year-round use.
