This FixFastFlip project is one of our own investment renovations, located in the highly desirable and convenient Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee. With only 1,000 square feet to work with, our team maximized every inch through thoughtful design, strategic layout improvements, and high-quality craftsmanship — transforming a compact, outdated house into a modern, move-in-ready home.

Main Level Improvements & Space Maximization

To make the first floor feel brighter and more open, we removed key walls in the kitchen to create a spacious, flowing layout. New windows were installed to increase natural light, and the staircase was opened up to eliminate visual barriers and enhance the overall feel of the space.

We added a custom ceiling design to bring architectural character and detail to the first floor. A brand-new half bathroom was also added, offering convenience and modern functionality to the main level.

Basement Refresh

The basement was refreshed to create a clean, functional extension of the home. Whether used for storage, hobbies, or future finishing potential, the space now feels updated and usable.

Second Floor Renovations

Upstairs, the bathrooms were fully refreshed with new tile, vanities, fixtures, and modern finishes. New closets were added to maximize storage — an essential improvement in a compact home. The original hardwood floors were beautifully refinished, bringing warmth and charm throughout the second level.

Exterior Improvements

The exterior received major updates, including repaired siding and a full professional repaint for enhanced curb appeal. The garage was repaired and upgraded with a new garage door, and the home received a new roof for added protection and longevity. New doors and exterior details completed the full exterior transformation.
